Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Quantaprice service (the "Service") provided by Quantaprice AB ("Quantaprice", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of the Service
Quantaprice provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for price storage, calculation, and related functionality.
The Service is provided as-is, as available, and without any guarantees, except where mandatory law applies.
2. No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantaprice disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- • Availability or uptime
- • Performance or response times
- • Accuracy or correctness of pricing data or calculations
- • Fitness for a particular purpose
- • Compatibility with third-party systems
- • Error-free or uninterrupted operation
Any examples, benchmarks, documentation, or descriptions are informational only and not binding.
3. No Service Level Commitments
Quantaprice makes no service level agreements (SLAs), uptime commitments, support guarantees, or response time guarantees.
Service interruptions, maintenance windows, changes, or discontinuation may occur at any time.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- • Verifying all output produced by the Service
- • Ensuring compliance with your own legal, tax, accounting, pricing, and contractual obligations
- • Implementing appropriate validation, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms
Quantaprice does not replace internal controls, pricing governance, or compliance processes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantaprice shall not be liable for any:
- • Loss of revenue, profit, business, or data
- • Incorrect prices, lost sales, or pricing decisions
- • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
If liability cannot be excluded by law, Quantaprice's total liability shall be limited to the fees actually paid by the Customer for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
Note: Some jurisdictions restrict liability limitations. Where mandatory law applies, these Terms are intended to apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
6. Compliance With Law
Quantaprice commits to operating the Service in compliance with applicable European Union law and applicable Swedish law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law.
7. Data Protection
Where Quantaprice processes personal data on behalf of the Customer, such processing shall be governed by applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
Quantaprice may modify, limit, or discontinue the Service or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
